[ad_1]

In what has been the latest development as per the reports in Pakistan media, it is learned that the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has filed another official complaint to the International Cricket Council (ICC). They have written about the delays in visas for journalists and the visa policy for Pakistan fans.

Pakistan journalists are yet to receive visas to cover the ICC World Cup 2023. Recently a report in Indian media suggested that media personnel from the neighboring nation have received their visas and will be traveling to India around the IND vs PAK game.

The reports added that a total of 60 Pakistan journalists will be arriving in India and will be covering the ICC World Cup 2023 as they have received clearance from the Indian embassy. This happened after a controversy erupted over the visas of journalists.

However, since then there has been no news about that and it’s learned they are yet to receive visas. Following that Pakistan Cricket Board wrote to ICC about it and also raised concerns over the absence of a visa policy for Pakistan fans.

It remains to be seen when will the Pakistan journalists receive their visas for the ICC World Cup 2023. The delay is expected due to the political tensions between the two nations.

Apart from the visa issues of journalists, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) also wrote about the antics of fans in Ahmedabad towards Pakistan during the India clash. There was hardly any Pakistan supporter in the crowd, who mocked Men in Green with some religious comments.

Apart from that, the crowd also threw paper planes towards Hasan Ali, who was fielding near the boundary rope. Pakistan team Director Mickey Arthur also said that the game seemed like a BCCI event more than an ICC event and also added that they didn’t hear Pakistan’s song being played in the Stadium.

Pakistan will be next seen in action when they take on Australia on Friday (20th October) in Bengaluru. They won their first two games and then suffered a defeat against India.
